Classic Question Asked of Venture Capitalists

The classic question always asked of venture capitalists is something along the lines of “If you had to choose between a good idea or a good team, which would you choose?” Every time I’ve been at an event, including the most recent Venture Club of Indiana luncheon, I’ve heard this question asked. If I were an investor, the answer would be extremely obvious: I would invest in a good idea led by a good team.

The short video clip included in this post from AVC says it all: Right Person + Right Idea + Right Product + Right Time + Right Market.
