		<description>When I or a loved one need emergency medical assistance, I don&#039;t care if they ride a Draft Horse or arrive in a 1 ton Ford.  The &quot;green&quot; aspect of this story has nothing to do with the mobility of a bike.  I do appreciate the fact that bike riding EMS professionals are in better shape than the marshmallows that drive some private ambulances in the USA.  </description>
