Life Sciences in Sturgeon Bay?

Recently, we’ve been making trips up to Wisconsin to help a company called Parcus Medical. Parcus Medical resides in a little town called Sturgeon Bay in Door County. How do I describe, Door County and Sturgeon Bay? Well, the Visitor’s Center web site describes Sturgeon Bay as being “nestled between the waters of Green Bay and Lake Michigan”. It has long been a town for fishing an boating, which is evident from the luxury yachts and large commercial fishing vessles you can see in the bay.

But there is more in Sturgeon Bay than boats and fishing. “Sturgeon Bay, Door County is proud to be known as the B&B capital of the Midwest,” according to the Visitor’s Center web site.

So, why would Parcus Medical, a med-surg device company, call this place home? Family ties.

After almost 4 years, Parcus Medical has raised the funds need to get multiple products to market in a short time frame – regardless of being in a fishing town or life sciences hub.

How are we helping Parcus Medical? This company is interested in doing the the right way and therefore look to Creo Quality to provide fine tuning of operational efficiencies and systems evolution.
