Creo Quality has been active and meeting with numerous organizations, contacts, and people throughout Indiana. Many of our recent contacts and discussions have been around the topic of helping communities grow. We’ve really had some great conversations with people who seem to care and want to implement positive change. Or so I thought. In some cases, we receive feedback that what we are being told face to face is very different than what is being said behind our backs. So we have defined a new term: BOBBLEHEAD

Look up bobblehead doll in the dictionary and the definition is: a doll having a head that makes repeating bobbing movements.
For our definition, bobblehead means telling us what we want to hear but not really meaning it.
I know change scares many people to death. Change is inevitable. We’re just trying to help make this world a better place to live. We’re trying to implement positive change. Please don’t tell us what we want to hear. Tell us what you want. Tell us your fears. Be up front and honest with us.
