    • Too much
    • Too little
    • Just right
  • Does your company analyze the following? (if they are how?)
    • Processes
    • Work operations
    • Concessions
    • Quality audits
    • Records, etc.
  • What tools/approach does your company use to conduct Root Cause or are they conducting Root Cause?
  • Does your company take a risk based approach to determine if a CAPA or trending is needed?
  • How does your company check for effectiveness?
    • How is it determined effective
    • When do you check it
    • What tools are used
  • Do your CAPAs only look at nonconforming products or poor processes?

This meeting will be moderated and we will progress through the topics over the next several months with a goal of capturing agreed upon best practices. The purpose of these meetings in to create a non-competitive environment where we can all learn from each other and gain tangible ideas we can take back to our respective daily duties. Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can determine space requirements. a light dinner will be provided at a cost of $10 per person. Fee free to pass this along to anyone you know that might enjoy this discussion.

We will meet in the Administration Building on the Roche campus. It is accessible from Hague Road by turning in to gate 2. Building A is the first building on the right. Visitor parking is in front of the building.
